Base camp was the old X-country skiing spot, great staging spot with hard ground & gravel plus outhouses (BYOP) and a gazibo thing with a wood stove.
Trails to the north of the road were a little more challenging than the south ones, mostly through the woods with lots of big mud holes that were a good challenge with more or less stock quads, some were too deep but there are usually detour trails around the big holes, not much for hills though, great for a few hour ride.
