Itinerary description
The route is cement, it is smooth and can be done with Power wheelchair or scooter and might be a little difficult with Manuel wheelchair. The cement slopes to the sides in a few areas, some of the up and down sections might be a little steep for some Manual wheelchair users.
There are some benches and sing's to tell you about the wildlife and area. This trail is connected to the Colorado Riverfront Trail System.
I did this trail in my power wheelchair, as part of Western Colorado Wheelers we are trying to put all of the local trails that are Wheelchair Accessible on an app so people visiting the Grand Junction, Mesa County area of Colorado can find these trails.
